Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training, and in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring patient safety in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, supervise technicians, monitor treatments, and document outcomes while collaborating with physicians to coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to dialysis technicians and supervise performance.
• Monitor patient response, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team for continuity.
• Maintain EMR accuracy and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
