Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to supervise dialysis care in alignment with policy and regulations at our facility. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients on renal health, and work closely with physicians and the dialysis team to ensure high-quality treatment.

You will oversee dialysis technicians, monitor patient responses, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate records while upholding safety and compliance standards.

• Ensures accurate documentation of care plans and outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, assessments, medication administration, and patient renal health education.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians and supervises performance for regulatory compliance.
• Monitors patient response, adjusts dialysis plans, and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Coordinates with physicians and healthcare team to ensure continuity of treatment and relay critical lab results.
• Maintains EMR entries, care plans, and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
