Concerto Renal Services seeks a Dialysis Nurse to join the Elevate Care North Branch in Niles, IL. The role supervises dialysis care, delivers direct patient care, educates patients on renal health, and ensures adherence to policies and regulations.

You will lead a team, supervise dialysis technicians, monitor treatments, document interventions, and collaborate with physicians to maintain continuity of care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum 3 months of dialysis experience.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team; report lab results.
