St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, CA is seeking a Dialysis Nurse to provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing dialysis.
You will assess patient conditions, initiate and monitor treatments, and educate patients on their disease and treatment plan. You will manage vascular access, uphold safety and infection control, and advocate for patient well-being while coordinating with the care team in a fast-paced, acute care setting.
As our Dialysis Nurse, you will provide specialized, compassionate nursing care for patients undergoing various dialysis treatments, ensuring their safety and optimal clinical outcomes.
Every day you will assess patient conditions, proficiently initiate and monitor dialysis treatments, educate patients on their disease and treatment plan, meticulously manage vascular access, and ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
To be successful in this role you will combine a strong clinical background in dialysis with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional patient education skills, and the ability to manage complex care plans while advocating for our patient's well-being.
