CARIN Alliance is seeking an LPN to provide high-quality dialysis care, preparing and monitoring treatments and ensuring safety of equipment. You will work closely with RNs and nephrologists, document treatments, and educate patients on their plans.

In this role, you will maintain infection control practices, monitor patient responses, administer medications as ordered, and participate in care that promotes patient comfort and outcomes in a chronic kidney disease setting.

Formación

• Current LPN licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical monitoring, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork to collaborate with clinical providers.
• Commitment to learning, clinical excellence, and infection prevention practices.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications as ordered and monitor patient responses during dialysis.
• Document treatment details, clinical observations, and outcomes.
• Support RNs and nephrologists with evidence-based, safe patient care.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment plans and self-care.
• Maintain strict infection control standards and follow related safety procedures.
