Job summary

Trinity Health Holy Cross Health in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a part-time per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to support outpatient dialysis on-site. The LPN will provide dialytic therapy under RN supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Licensed Practical Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing (required)

Responsibilities

• Observes safe practices and maintains a safe environment while caring for the patient.
• Operates the unit communication systems, facilitates unit communication and relays messages appropriately (per HCH standard).
• Documents patient care/assessment data in the EMR including vital signs, treatments, and education provided.
