Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a proactive Healthcare Assistant to join our Stratford Upon Avon Dialysis Unit. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will help prepare, restore and maintain treatment areas and equipment, ensuring a safe environment for patients, relatives and visitors.

The full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, Monday to Saturday. The company offers training, career development, and a competitive salary up to £25,500 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Healthcare background preferred and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Willingness to work across shifts and physical duties including walking and lifting.
• Competent with computers and able to learn company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, prepare, restore and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations.
• Ensure the treatment environment is safe for patients, relatives and visitors.
• Extensive walking between patients and lifting responsibilities; full training provided.
