Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Biomedical Technician to oversee maintenance of water treatment and dialysis equipment in assigned clinics. The role ensures patient and staff safety by upholding preventative maintenance, inspecting systems, and following manufacturer recommendations.

You will perform water quality checks, assist with inventory, document maintenance activities, and respond to equipment issues in a timely, compliant manner in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in applicable state; license must be current, without restrictions and good driving record.
• Previous dialysis, hospital, or medical experience preferred.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Ability to react and perform under stress and in emergency situations.
• Ability to communicate and interface effectively with others.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others to plan and organize work assignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment and dialysis machines.
• Perform water quality checks including free chlorine, total chlorine, and water hardness testing.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and required support documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and procurement tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as per manufacturer recommendations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for clinical equipment and work environment.
