Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain and repair dialysis and water treatment equipment across our clinics. You will train colleagues on operation and maintenance to ensure patient safety and manage essential medical supplies needed for daily operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, adherence to regulatory standards, and collaboration with facility staff to support safe, efficient patient care and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in mechanical, automotive, or medical technical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant and ensures outside vendor services are performed per contract.
• Manages inventory and service parts; conducts water/dialysate sample collection and analysis.
