Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dialysis equipment and water treatment systems across our clinics. You will play a key role in training staff on operation and maintenance, ensuring patient safety and equipment reliability.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED with an associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between clinics are typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude required; ability to use hand tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair dialysis equipment and water systems.
• Manage inventory and parts; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist in planning and installing biomedical equipment for safe operation.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
