Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Biomedical Technician to service dialysis equipment and water treatment systems across our kidney care clinics in the area. You will train staff on maintenance procedures and help manage clinic inventory while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes occasional after-hours on-call support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Successful completion of Fresenius Biomedical Technician training within the first 24 months of service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs dialysis equipment, ancillary equipment, and water treatment systems.
• Maintains the physical plant, as directed.
• Documents all repairs and maintenance activity.
• Provides scheduled after hour technical on-call coverage for clinics as needed.
• Collaborates with facility staff to ensure regulatory and OSHA requirements are met.
• Manages inventory, including receiving and putting up deliveries, inventory counts, transporting goods between clinics as needed.
