Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess nutrition needs of dialysis patients and develop personalized plans.
• Review monthly labs and adjust nutrition strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care and education.
• Mentor dietetic interns and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current in nephrology nutrition and engage in ongoing professional development.
