Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and development for all direct reports.
• Partners with HR, Quality, Education, and Technical Services.
• Oversees the Home Therapies Program in collaboration with the Home Therapies Program Manager.
• Maintains integrity of medical and operations records and conducts audits.
• Accountable for ICD coding and regulatory surveys.
• Manages daily business operations including staff, patient care, facility maintenance, and inventory.
• Manages profit and loss to meet budget and KPIs.
• Coordinates all aspects of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Addresses patient and family concerns and questions.
• Oversees timely patient care assessments and care plans.
• Manages timely patient schedules to optimize facility efficiency.
• Reports changes in patient status affecting care, insurance, or transportation.
• Participates in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensures training and licensure compliance for patient care staff.
• Supports clinical staff and encourages professional growth.
• Keeps staff informed about benefits and company policies.
• Sets annual goals and conducts employee evaluations and disciplinary actions with HR as needed.
• Facilitates physician privileges and maintains relationships and communication with Medical Staff.
• Participates in Governing Body and regional medical governance.
• Collaborates with Charge RN and Medical Director to ensure CQI and quality standards.
• Collaborates on staffing optimization and training to ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensures training and documentation for licensure and policy updates.
• Maintains facility records, regulatory compliance, and data reporting.
• Coordinates and approves facility payroll and staff schedules.
• Participates in on-site surveys and reviews provider contracts for vendors.
