A leading healthcare provider in Philadelphia is seeking a Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves assessing and planning treatment for patients undergoing dialysis, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, and providing education to patients and families. This position is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. It involves delegation of tasks to care staff and participation in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and facility operations.
Includes heavy lifting, prolonged standing, movement of equipment, exposure to infectious materials, and travel to training sites or other facilities.
Oversight of care staff as a Team Leader or Nurse in Charge, after meeting experience and training requirements.
Shifts will be discussed during the interview. The role requires 40+ hours/week, with a minimum guarantee of 36 hours. Overtime and floating are required; no guaranteed hours if restrictions or refusals apply.
