Job summary

Chateau Dialysis Center in Rochelle Park, NJ is seeking an experienced Dialysis RN to provide high-quality hemodialysis care and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.

The role requires NJ RN licensure, a minimum of one year dialysis nursing experience, CPR/BLS certification, and dialysis EMR proficiency. This full-time position offers a daytime schedule and a competitive hourly pay of $50, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum dialysis nursing experience.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Dialysis EMR experience.
• RenVio experience preferred.
• Outlook experience preferred.
• Nursing home experience not required.
• Required health documentation includes Hepatitis B Antigen result, MMR, PPD or CXR, and H&P.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support dialysis nursing and patient care.
• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate patient care.
• Monitor dialysis treatments and patient conditions; communicate concerns to physicians.
• Administer medications according to physician orders.
• Ensure the safe operation and use of dialysis equipment.
• Admit new patients and provide education to patients and families regarding dialysis, diet, and medications.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Orient and monitor staff for compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in care plan meetings, staff meetings, QA activities, interviews, and special projects.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Promote efficient use of medical supplies and maintain a safe work environment.

Location: Rochelle Park, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: MWF & TTS, 5:00 AM–7:00 PM
Pay: $50/hour

About the Role
