Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. is seeking a Charge Nurse (CN) to join our dialysis team in High Point, NC. The RN will provide prescribed dialysis treatment, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with dialysis exposure preferred. We offer an extensive benefits package and a competitive sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Preferred: 3 months of dialysis experience.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to fill in when needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Must pass Ishihara Color Blind Test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to unit clients.
• Delivers high-quality nursing care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient care standards.
• Maintains a safe patient environment by following policies and procedures.
• Position requires frequent standing and bending.
