Job summary

aQua Dialysis Livingston is seeking a full-time Charge Nurse to lead the dialysis unit and oversee patient care on shift. The ideal candidate has dialysis charge nurse experience and an active Texas RN license with CPR certification.

The facility operates six days a week (Sundays closed) with 10-hour days, starting at 4:30am; full-time typically 3-4 days per week with alternate weekends off. A robust benefits package includes 401k with match, medical, dental, vision, life and disability.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license and CPR required.
• Experience as a dialysis charge nurse preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication with medical team.

Responsibilities

• Implement care changes as directed and educate patients and families.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and federal/state regulations.
