Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) with training provided. The role works under the supervision of a licensed nurse, assisting with setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and maintaining a safe, clean treatment environment.

You will monitor patients, record vital signs, assist with cannulation and anticoagulation as delegated, participate in CQI activities, and help train direct care staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS/state licensure requirements within the required timeline.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture and customer service standards

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vitals and intervene as directed by RN.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment area and document treatment data.
• Support CQI activities and participate in staff training.
