Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-certified state/national certification within required timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• CPR certification must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and dialysis parameters during treatment.
• Document treatment data accurately and communicate changes to RN.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control policies.
