Responsibilities

• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals, weights, and access assessments.
• Operate dialysis machines and perform safety checks; administer heparin as allowed by law.
• Document treatment details accurately and prepare lab specimens as prescribed.
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families, and staff while maintaining a safe environment.
