Fresenius Medical Care in Poplar Bluff, MO is seeking a dependable dialysis support technician to operate hemodialysis machines under RN supervision. You will support patient care and ensure a safe, clean treatment environment while assisting with education and documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with cannulation and UF goals, and contributing to CQI activities to enhance patient outcomes. This is a full-time on-site role with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Operates and monitors hemodialysis equipment under supervision.
• Assists in evaluation of vascular access and patient status during treatment.
• Educates patients on treatment processes and safety.
• Monitors vital signs and responses to dialysis therapy.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients and assess wellbeing since last treatment.
• Perform cannulation, administer heparin as delegated.
• Record vital signs, weights, and treatment parameters.
• Ensure safety alarms and proper machine setup before treatment.
• Maintain clean and safe treatment area and document findings.
