• Take pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weights; monitor patient status during dialysis.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis therapy and report significant changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Assist in training direct patient care staff under supervision of a nurse.
• Participate in CQI activities and infection control practices.
