Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated dialysis care professional to assist in the setup and operation of dialysis machines under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will help monitor patient condition, manage documentation, and support infection control practices throughout treatments.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CMS certification, state licensure, and CPR. Clinic hours run 5:15am–4:30pm, Monday–Saturday, with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification within the required state.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and cannulation as delegated.
• Record vital signs, weight and treatment data.
• Monitor patient during dialysis and respond to alarms.
• Maintain infection control and clean equipment between treatments.
• Assist in training direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
