Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document treatment details accurately and ensure safety alarms and equipment checks are performed.
• Evaluate patient status during and after treatment and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Assist in infection control practices and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support transitional care activities and patient education regarding home dialysis options.
