Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join the health care team. The role involves setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, patient monitoring, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will educate patients on treatment adequacy, manage pre/post-treatment vitals, and assist with documentation and infection control protocols. Work involves coordinating with nurses, performing routine circuit checks, and supporting transitional care for new patients.

• Operates and monitors dialysis machines safely and according to policy.
• Assists in patient education about adequacy measures and home dialysis options.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards in the unit.

• Welcome patients and assess wellbeing after treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and assist cannulation as directed.
• Record vitals, weight, and dialysate/blood flow per orders.
• Initiate dialysis according to orders and monitor response.
• Document treatment data and communicate changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment area and prepare supplies.
• Assist in Transitional Care Unit activities and patient education.
