Qualifications

• CMS/state certification requirements within the required state timelines.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• CPR certification required; dialysis training completion essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor patients during treatment.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean working environment and follow facility policies.
• Record vital signs, treatment data, and machine settings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Report significant patient changes to the RN or supervisor and document appropriately.
