Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and weight; document treatment parameters.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and manage cannulation as delegated.
• Maintain safe, clean environment and prepare supplies.
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN or supervisor.
