Qualifications

• CPR certification required; continued employment dependent on dialysis training and CPR.
• Experience in patient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient wellbeing and vital signs during treatment.
• Record treatment data and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with vascular access evaluation and cannulation as delegated.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices.
• Support CQI activities and patient education as directed.
