Fresenius Medical Care in Oregon is seeking a Dialysis Technician to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and to monitor patients during treatment. You will document vital signs and treatment data and ensure a safe, clean environment under nurse supervision.

Under RN guidance, you will educate patients on safety and adequacy measures, maintain infection control, and support transitions to home and other modalities as needed, contributing to patient satisfaction and CQI

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CMS certification requirements within state timelines.
• State licensure, education, and training as applicable.
• CPR certification preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor patient conditions during treatment.
• Provide patient education regarding adequacy measures (OLC, AMP, UKM) and disease processes.
• Record vital signs, treatment parameters, and document in treatment sheets per policy.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards; contribute to CQI activities.
