Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician in Avondale, AZ to assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines under supervision, ensuring safety and patient comfort.

You will monitor patient vitals, document treatment data, and support infection control, equipment readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.

High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification and prior patient care experience preferred; willingness to complete internal dialysis training program.

Competenze

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national licensure requirements.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in dialysis treatment setup and operation.
• Provide patient care under supervision and monitor vitals.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices.
• Complete documentation and participate in CQI activities.
