Qualifications

• Attends Fresenius training as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of dialysis machines.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and cannulation.
• Obtain pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight.
• Initiate dialysis per orders including QB and QD.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and document.
• Maintain infection control practices and prepare treatment records.
