Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS/state licensure requirements must be met.
• CPR certification and patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in education about adequacy measures for patients.
• Welcome patients and monitor wellbeing before and after treatments.
• Evaluate vascular access, cannulation, and administer heparin as delegated.
• Record vital signs, treatments, and dialysis parameters accurately.
• Maintain infection control practices and environmental hygiene.
