Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with CPR certification.
• State or national dialysis certification preferred or required.
• Experience in patient care and safety within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate dialysis machines and oversee treatment according to orders.
• Monitor vital signs, document treatment data, and respond to alarms.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and infection control during and after treatments.
• Educate patients about treatment processes and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with nurses and other staff to support transition and CQI activities.
