Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification within required state or CMS timeline.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and ensure safety of the treatment area.
• Welcome patients, assess wellbeing, and monitor during dialysis sessions.
• Evaluate vascular access, cannulate, and administer heparin as delegated.
• Record vital signs, weight, and dialysis parameters; document accurately.
• Maintain infection control practices and prepare/disinfect equipment and spaces.
