Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor patients during dialysis including vital signs and weight.
• Document treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet and progress notes.
• Perform infection control and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Educate patients on adequacy measures and post-treatment care; collaborate with nurses.
• Assist in transitions to home dialysis options and coordinate with care teams.
