Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis technician to support safe and effective dialysis therapy under RN supervision. You will assist with machine setup, monitor vital signs, and maintain a clean, safe treatment area, while documenting treatments and contributing to CQI activities.

The role includes patient education on dialysis adequacy measures and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality outcomes. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vitals and dialysis parameters during treatment.
• Maintain a safe and clean dialysis environment.
• Document treatment data and progress notes.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures (OLC, AMP, UKM).
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient care quality.
