Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS/state licensure requirements must be met.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and observe for adverse events.
• Record vital signs, treatment parameters and data accurately.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and cleanliness of the dialysis area.
• Provide patient education under supervision of RN and physicians.
• Assist in transitioning patients through treatment and documentation.
