Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced dialysis care teammate to support safe and effective therapy under RN supervision. You will assist in machine setup, monitor patient responses, manage vascular access, and document treatments while upholding infection control and safety standards.

This role includes education support for patients, adherence to CQI activities, and maintaining a clean, well-organized clinic environment. Salary reflects hourly rate and regional pay variations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification within required state.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• CPR certification preferred or required.
• Previous patient care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients’ condition and vital signs during treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and perform cannulation as delegated.
• Record treatment data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe dialysis environment and comply with policies.
