Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, weights, and patient condition during treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and document treatment parameters.
• Document all treatment data accurately and timely.
• Maintain infection control and clean, safe dialysis area between treatments.
• Educate patients and families as appropriate under RN supervision.
