You will educate patients on adequacy measures and collaborate with nurses to support quality care and continuous process improvements in the dialysis unit.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide patient education on adequacy measures (OLC, AMP, UKM).
• Evaluate vascular access patency and perform cannulation as delegated.
• Record and monitor vital signs and treatment parameters.
• Initiate dialysis per prescribed orders and monitor patient response.
• Document procedures and patient status during and after treatment.
