• Completion of Marketing and Business Development Functional Compliance Program.

Responsibilities

• Grows clinic census and treatment volume by providing superior admissions support to referral sources and patients.
• Builds and maintains referral source relationships with new and existing partners.
• Markets services to patients and referral sources to facilitate admissions.
• Coordinates admission process for referred patients and outreaches to hospitals/physician offices.
• Escalates admissions issues to ensure timely resolution and placement.
• Collaborates with clinical managers to accommodate shift requests and patient needs.
• Provides renal education and insurance/financial education as requested by referral source or patient.
