Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Color Hue Test score of 100 or below required.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic systems.
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, production, or technical environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation and product quality.
• Perform in-process quality inspections and make product disposition decisions.
• Measure, verify, and record product weights and dimensions using precision measurement tools.
• Conduct routine sampling and safety checks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor automated systems and respond to equipment alarms, alerts, and deviations.
• Troubleshoot to support efficient production flow and minimize downtime.
• Enter inventory, quality, and production data using electronic systems and handheld devices.
• Support material replenishment and machine operation activities as required.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas and equipment.
• Dispose of production waste per company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support production goals and operational excellence.
• Provide cross-functional support to operators and production leads as needed.

Shift: Nights, 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (Including Weekends & Holidays)

We are looking for a Diagnostic Technician to join our manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring product quality, operational excellence, and continuous production performance. In this hands-on position, you will monitor manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and help maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation and product quality

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a Color Hue Test (score of 100 or below required)
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic systems
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately
• Experience working in a manufacturing, quality, production, or technical environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using small steps and step ladders
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Schedule & Work Environment

• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
• Includes weekends and holidays as part of the production schedule
• Additional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs
• Regular on-site attendance is an essential function of the role
