Job summary

Abbott Park, IL-based Specialist Manufacturing Technician role in Transfusion Medicine. You will perform routine lab and basic manufacturing tasks that support high-quality diagnostic components, under GMP and with ERP-tracked inventory.

You’ll document activities and help keep production on schedule. The role requires collaboration with supervisors, strict adherence to procedures, and the ability to move between workstations while handling materials safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Some related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lab operations and basic manufacturing operations.
• Assists with more complex operations as needed.
• Maintains inventory records and performs ERP transactions.
• Documents work activities and ensures accuracy of records.
