Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is seeking a dedicated ultrasound technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures. You will utilize ultrasound equipment and demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and pathology while delivering patient-centered care to neonatal through geriatric patients.

The role requires ARDMS/ARRT registry eligibility and BCLS certification; candidate may have 0 experience or 1 year preferred. Training is provided to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Educational program must be an approved CAAHEP Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or ARRT-approved program.
• No experience required; 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.
• Provides patient care to all age groups: neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatrics.
