Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is seeking an ultrasound technologist to operate ultrasound equipment and perform clinical diagnostic exams in accordance with established standards and practices. The role requires completion of an approved CAAHEP Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or ARRT-approved program.

ARDMS/ARRT registry eligibility and BCLS are required upon hire; no experience is required, though 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: approved CAAHEP Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or ARRT-approved Sonography Program.
• Licenses and Certifications: ARDMS/ARRT registry eligible; BCLS upon hire.
• Experience: no experience required; 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to conduct clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures.
• Provide patient services and communicate effectively with radiologists.
