Job summary

Concord Hospital seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging and related techniques, under supervision, with licensure and registry requirements to be met. The role emphasizes patient education, adherence to safety standards, and accurate documentation of procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a CAAHEP-approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, ARDMS or ARRT credentials, and BLS certification, with ARDMS within 2 years of hire. No prior experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of, or within six months of graduation, a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program approved by CAAHEP.
• Registration required: ARDMS or ARRT (S) or eligible; Licensure by NH Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy; ARDMS within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures within department standards.
• Prepares and educates patient for procedures and expectations.
• Completes documentation of patient care and procedures.
