At Berwick Mitsubishi, we’re expanding and looking for a passionate Diagnostic Technician to join our busy, vibrant Service Workshop. The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing advanced diagnostics, fault finding, and quality repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Inspecting, reconditioning, and servicing pre-owned and new vehicles.
• Using the latest diagnostic equipment and software to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Conducting test drives and final inspections to ensure top performance and safety.
• Mentoring junior technicians and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
• Accurately documenting work and maintaining service records.

About You

• You’re a driven and detail-oriented team player who:
• Holds a Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis (AUR40216).
• Has proven dealership or busy workshop experience.
• Demonstrates strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Can provide leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Communicates effectively and professionally, both written and verbal.
• Is reliable, conscientious, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Holds a valid Victorian driver’s licence.
• Is willing to undergo a national police clearance.
