Qualificações

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Radiologic Technology is required.
• Ability to operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
• Knowledge of radiation safety practices and patient protection.

Responsabilidades

• Performs standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations using proper patient positioning and exposure techniques.
• Operates and maintains radiology equipment.
• Sets up immobilization and uses radiation protective devices.
• Reviews patient size, age, and condition to determine appropriate exams.
• Assists physicians with procedures.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and requests repairs.
• Maintains related records and notations.
• Participates in QA/QC procedures as required.
• Participates in training of students.
