Diagnostic Radiology Technologist - Riley Special Weekend Option Night (3x12)

Join us as a Diagnostic Radiology Technologist at Riley Children's Health for the Special Weekend Night Shift (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 7pm-7am).

Position Details

This full-time night position operates at Riley Children's Hospital, offering a sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates. Responsibilities include operating imaging equipment (x-ray, fluoro, portable x-ray, fluoroscopy), preparing and positioning patients, collaborating with radiologists and physicians, adhering to radiation safety protocols, documenting patient history, monitoring patient safety during exams, recording information in EMR, and assisting with minimally invasive procedures.

Qualifications
  • 0-3 years relevant experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to maneuver equipment and adapt positioning as needed
  • Active registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT(R))) with the ARRT or recent graduate (board eligible); must obtain credential within 6 months if eligible
  • Current Indiana State Department of Health license as Radiologic Technologist or Radiology Student Permit
