This position is a Special Weekend Option (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from 7 am to 7 pm at Riley Children's Hospital. Sign-on bonus available for those who qualify!

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures for radiological diagnosis, in a timely fashion, demonstrating the necessary knowledge and skills to work with patients from pediatric through geriatric. Follows physician’s instructions, prepares and operates equipment, and positions patients correctly to record the requested diagnostic images. Treats patients with care and respect.

  • Basic Life Support certification is required.
  • Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when the patient’s condition does not permit routine positioning is required.
  • Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R), through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or a recent graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology training program (board eligible). If board eligible, obtain credential in Radiography within 6 months of hire.
  • Current Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) license as Radiologic Technologist or a current ISDH Radiology Student Permit is required.
